Most people go to their private room and hit the pillow with hands, legs and throw waste paper plates or some other old things. They revealed that they can release anger in these ways and feel free after doing these.

If you do not have any private room at the time you got anger, then express your anger in some other secluded place. Even your car is enough to release your anger. The final and important step is to forgive the person who made you angry. This will help you and the other person. Forgiving can help to release your anger and you can feel free afterwards.
